SwipeTA is a training simulation for reading price charts. It does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice, makes no recommendation about any security, and does not offer, solicit, or execute any transaction. There is no real money in the app: no deposits, no withdrawals, no brokerage or exchange account, and nothing of monetary value can be won or lost.
Scores, ranks, in-game "bankrolls" and rewards exist only inside the game and have no cash value.
SwipeTA is made and operated by SwipeTA Studio. These terms are an agreement between you and SwipeTA Studio, and "we", "us" and "our" below mean SwipeTA Studio. Questions go to support@swipeta.net.
PRO is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks convenience and depth — deeper review tools, all board themes, shorter waits. The game itself is free and is never behind it.
Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms. Billing renews until cancelled; manage or cancel any time in Google Play. Deleting your SwipeTA account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in Google Play as well.
Charts are built from historical market data supplied by third parties and are used for practice only. They may be delayed, adjusted or incomplete, and are not suitable for making real trading decisions. Past price behaviour does not indicate future behaviour, and performance in this app says nothing about performance in real markets.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or other indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of the app. Any real-market decision you make is yours alone; seek professional advice where appropriate.
You may stop using SwipeTA at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. If we change these terms materially we will update the date above.
