Delete your SwipeTA account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, display name, gameplay history and rankings, review data, and your in-app purchase customer record. This cannot be undone.

From the app (fastest)

Open PROFILE → Settings
Tap Delete account and confirm

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Without the app

Email support@swipeta.net with the subject "Account deletion request", sent from the email address you signed in with. We verify ownership and delete the account and its data.

What is kept

Hall of Fame entries. If you finished in the top 100 of a completed season, that season's final standing — its rank, score and the display name you held at the time — remains on the public Hall of Fame. A finished season is a historical record, and removing one entry would misstate everyone else's. It is no longer linked to any account.
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, such as how often a question is answered correctly across all players.
Crash and diagnostic reports already sent to our error-tracking and analytics providers. These carry an account identifier rather than your email or name, and expire on those providers' own retention schedules.

Everything else listed above is deleted immediately, with no additional retention period.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in the store you bought it from: on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad, Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Your purchase customer record is deleted with the account either way.
